South Hand Systems LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Spur Ag mobile application (the "App"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate the App:

• Account credentials — your username and password (encrypted), used solely to authenticate your access to the App.
• Ranch and livestock records — data you enter into the App (animal records, calving logs, feedlot data, etc.). This is your business data and is stored on our servers on your behalf.
• Crash and diagnostic data — if the App crashes, an anonymized report is automatically sent to help us identify and fix bugs. This report may include device type, OS version, and a stack trace. It does not include your name, livestock data, or any personally identifiable information.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and provide access to the App.
• To store and sync your ranch and livestock records across devices.
• To diagnose crashes and improve App stability.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Sentry — crash reporting and error monitoring. Sentry receives anonymized diagnostic data when the App encounters an error. See sentry.io/privacy.
• Expo / EAS — App build and delivery infrastructure. See expo.dev/privacy.

4. Data Retention

Your ranch and livestock records are retained for as long as your account is active. Crash reports are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication uses industry-standard JWT tokens. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
